Muay Thai Kickboxing
Muay Thai is also known as the "Art of Eight Limbs," making effective use of punches, kicks, elbows, and knee strikes. Using eight points of contact instead of just two allows you to deliver more power within your strikes, as well as better defend yourself. We teach our students different blocking, redirection, disruption, avoidance, and anticipation techniques and condition them to perfection.
Similar to full contact fighting sports, Muay Thai is heavily focused on body conditioning, which in turn, specifically promotes the fitness level and toughness that is required for ring competition. Muay Thai fighters rely heavily on their kicks, which demands a strong leg. Consequently, conditioning your body to deliver such kicks, as well as take them is a very important aspect.
